He has deep familiarity with the unique dynamics of family-controlled businesses — gained both from the inside, leading a $950M consumer brand portfolio at EssilorLuxottica, and from the outside as a Senior Affiliate of BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors, guiding multi-generational families through governance, succession, and transformation.Seth built his foundational business discipline at Procter & Gamble and Boston Consulting Group before spending nearly 20 years at Luxottica Retail, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President with direct accountability for the Pearle Vision, Target Optical, and Sears Optical brands. He founded Springfield Advisors to work directly with CEOs, investors, and leadership teams on strategic growth, acquisitions, and operational alignment.
